Founded in 1998 by the creators of the Academy Award®-winning short film TREVOR, The Trevor Project is the leading national organization providing crisis intervention and suicide prevention services to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer & questioning (LGBTQ) young people under 25. Their resources section has information about preventing suicide and resources for LGBTQ youth, including a coming out handbook, guide to being an ally to transgender and nonbinary youth, and much more.. The Trevor Support Center is a place where LGBTQ youth and their allies can find answers to frequently asked questions and more.
