Emotional ABCs

The Emotional ABCs Classroom curriculum is a single year, skills-based Social Emotional Learning program that teaches children how to figure out what they’re feeling, why they’re experiencing that emotion, and how to make better choices for lifetime emotional resilience. The research and evidence-based emotional skills program is designed for children ages 4-11 and gives kids practical tools for dealing with impulse control, frustration, and acting out. There are free single user account for verified Teachers and School Counselors at "brick and mortar" public and private schools. There are premium paid options to get access to more features. The Free Teacher subscription includes access to all of Emotional ABCs, including the 20 Workshop curriculum of Emotional ABCs Classroom. Each Workshop has links to all resources, including interactive online activities, videos, and printables.
