Boys Town ​National Hotline 800-448-3000

The Boys Town ​National Hotline number is 800-448-3000. It is a crisis, resource, and referral number that is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and is staffed by specially trained Boys Town counselors. The hotline is for kids, teens, and parents who need help for any problem, including but not limited to depression, suicidal thoughts, self-harm, parenting problems, relationship issues, stress, anxiety, anger problems, school problems, bullying, peer pressure, chemical dependency, and physical, sexual, or emotional abuse. It is accredited by the American Association of Suicidology (AAS).​​


Spanish-speaking counselors and translation services for more than 100 languages also are available 24 hours a day. Individuals with speech and/or hearing impairments can contact them at their email address: hotline@boystown.org.


Boys Town is also home to parenting and child behavior experts who have developed a wealth of original content over the years, and it is available for free in their For Parents section. ​
