Ventura County SELPA Resources for Teachers and Staff

The Ventura County Special Education Local Plan Area (SELPA) strives to provide staff with the information and tools they need to do their jobs both efficiently and effectively, while complying with legal mandates. The SELPA generously has allowed free access to many resources including the following.

• Assessment Report Templates: includes report templates for academic, adapted physical education, assistive technology, deaf/hard of hearing, Educationally Related Social/Emotional Services (ERSES), occupational therapy, orientation and mobility, physical therapy, preschool to kindergarten transition, psychoeducational, residential treatment, special circumstances educational support, speech language assessment, transition, vision specialist, and Spanish assessment reports.
